Requirements:	1. Recommendation Form (RA7.0-09): 2 copies - One from Counselor and one from Adviser (to be emailed upon request) 2. Student Information Sheet (Form RA7.0-01) 3. Education Background (Form RA7.0-02) 4. Photocopy of Past Report Cards (current and previous year) 5. Photocopy of Birth Certificate 6. Psychological Reports (if applicable) 7. 2pcs 2x2 photo of child
Application Procedure Your child will be scheduled for assessment to have a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses in order for us to better address their individual needs. An assessment fee will be charged. Preschool applicants will not undergo assessment tests. If your child has special needs, it is the obligation of the parents to inform the school in order that suitability of the program may be determined. We have a rolling admission policy. Due to limited slots per level, children will be admitted depending on the results of their assessments. Once admitted, submit requirements, a P6,500.00 reservation fee (deductible from your last tuition fee payment) and P500 for school packet. Parents are asked to attend the Parent Orientation Seminar at the beginning of the school year. Admission The child will be admitted to a particular level based on their age by June of the coming school year.
